Why can’t I split delivery across more than one address?
We’re unable deliver to more than one address. You’ll need to place a new order for each address. By making it one order per delivery address, we can dispatch your order in as quickly as possible.
You can track your guest order by clicking the 'Guest Order Tracking' link at the bottom of any page across the www.chinabbs.co.uk website. How do I change my nominated day delivery date?
Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, we have a 15 minute window to make any changes. If you wish to change the delivery date, and you are within 15 minutes of placing the order, please contact us. Unfortunately, you can only make changes via phone, unless you are looking to cancel the order, which can be done online.
If your order is for store collection and you can't collect it on the day you originally chose, we will keep the order in store for 7 days.
Why haven't I received all my items?
Sometimes we need to send your order in more than one package.
To check where all your items are:
1. Sign in to 'Your account
2. Go to the 'Your orders' dropdown menu
3. Click 'View order details' next to the order you're missing items from
The next page will show status for each package in your order as one of the 3 below: - Order created - your items are still in the warehouse and have not been packaged yet Awaiting dispatch - your item is being picked and packed, however, is still in our warehouse Dispatched - your items are on its way. Your should have received a confirmation email with an expected arrival date For any orders that have been replaced by customer services, the status will appear as 'Reshipped'.
International Returns & Refunds: frequently asked questions
Can I return faulty or damaged goods internationally for a refund?
Yes. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
If an item is faulty or damaged when it arrives, you’re within your legal rights to return it. In this case, we’ll refund you the price you paid for the item.
If your entire order is faulty or damaged when it arrives, we’ll refund your original delivery charge too, and the cost of returning the item to us via your local Post Office (up to a maximum cost of £10 per kg). If you paid import duty, we’ll repay this on a pro rata basis. This returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory rights.
Can I get a replacement sent internationally for faulty or damaged goods?
We take great care when packing and delivering our orders, and we're very sorry your item arrived damaged. We can arrange a replacement of the same item if it's still available.
