Esther joined Meadowcroft Griffin Architects in 2007 as Project Architect and is now an Associate member of the practice. She has eight years experience in practice and worked previously at Hawkins\Brown Architects, Fluid, Richard Partington Architects, Jeff Kahane & Associates and at TP Bennett, on projects ranging from £20K to £22 million.
At MGA she has been responsible as Project Architect for the design and delivery of Lauriston School and is currently Project Associate for Newland House School. Esther has excellent design and overall project coordination skills. She has extensive experience in team management, client interface, presentation and project-running. She is passionate about sustainability and delivering projects with a minimum ecological and environmental impact and places great importance on client and user participation and active consultation as part of all stages of design.
